Why does it say “By Boca Grande?"
Many visitors to Southwest Florida are looking for beaches, fishing, boating and other outdoor activities. Mentioning Boca Grande’s proximity gives potential visitors an idea of what the area has to offer.
How will an RV Park benefit our community?
There’s a few different answers to this. First, with the lack of hotel options nearby, this gives your family and friends an additional option when they come down to visit you. We also have many people building homes in the area and they are often looking for a place to stay while their house is being completed. If they have an RV or Camper, they now have the ability to stay here for 6 months or less, in order to be nearby their new home. Lastly, Southwest Florida is a huge tourism destination and we rely on visitors to help support our local economy. This will allow more people to come enjoy our area and support our local businesses.
What are the requirements to stay on property?
RVs must be 10 years old or newer, at least 24’ long, and in good condition. Truck campers, pop-ups, and cargo trailers are not allowed, though exceptions may be considered with resort approval. Current photos are required.
